Our inventory is linked to the Books & Collectibles search facility. If you order a book via the Books & Collectibles search screen, you can order securely. Books & Collectibles uses a Secure Socket Layer secure server. This means that any information entered into Books & Collectibles system during the ordering process via the order form link will be encrypted before being transmitted. So, your credit card details are protected by Books & Collectibles secure server and are not transmitted through email to us. We have to log onto Books & Collectibles secure server to access them.
If you prefer not to use this facility, please feel free to provide details through on Phone 02 6290 0140 (+61 2 6290 0140) or Fax 02 6258 7348 (+61 2 6258 7348). If you phone and we are not available to take your call, please leave a message and we will get back to you.
If you prefer, you can post your details. For added protection, we suggest that you register your letter. Which ever way you decide to provide your credit card details, we will notify you by email when we have received details, and then again when we post the parcel off. Unless you specifically request us to, we will not keep credit card details longer than the time needed to verify that a payment has been credited to our account.
We take your privacy seriously. We keep a record of your contact details in case we need to contact you in the future (for instance if we have issued a catalogue of books in your area of interest, or found something on your wants list) but we will not provide your details to anyone else.
