General Terms & Conditions

Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm) - Minimum Service Fee is $50.00

Evenings (after 5pm) & weekends - Minimum Service Fee is $70.00

Public Holidays - Minimum Service Fee is $100.00

Credit Card required to secure booking.

24 hours notice required when cancelling / rescheduling an appointment or you will be charged 50% of your treatment cost.

Any parking fees applicable will be added to your treatment costs at the end of the appointment.

You are required to notify Corporate Office of any variation to your booked appointment at least 24 hours prior.

Beauty on the Go Parties

Full payment is required 7 days prior to scheduled booking.

If full payment is not received by this date, the booking will be cancelled by the Corporate Office.

All payments received in full are non refundable.

The host of the party must be at the party location at least 10 minutes prior to commencement in order for the Go Girl to set-up equipment / products etc.

All girls attending the party must be punctual for their mini treatment at the scheduled time. Beauty on the Go will not be responsible for girls running late and missing their booked treatment.

If at all possible, our therapists will accommodate your needs if the appointment needs to be extended past the booked time for whatever reason. This is subject to the therapists availability on the day. Any extension of time will be charged at the rate of $50.00 for every 30 minutes.

The Franchise in your area will contact you closer to the booking to discuss the treatments required on the day. Please refer to the Schedule received from Corporate Office.
